1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to US/CA/EU/UK. If your country is not listed, please contact us at temaxin@163.com to see if we can make special arrangements.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow [24–48] hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at temaxin@163.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement or refund.
